Top 10 countries based on market capitalization

Stock market is also known as equity market where buyers and sellers do transaction of stocks. These stocks are listed on stock exchange but you need to know that same stock is listed in more than one stock exchange.

Each stock has own market capital as well as each country has their total market capitalization. When stock is listed in more than one stock exchange than their market capital is counted in their permanent home country.

For example, Infosys is listed on NSE (National Stock Exchange of India Limited) and NYSE (New York Stock Exchange) but Infosys is domiciled in India. So Infosys is a part of NSE (National Stock Exchange of India Limited) and its market capital count in to Indian market capitalization.
